Want to add one point for debate/discussion: Cameron Hughes often suggests letting their big wines sit for several years. That's unusual for wines at this price point. Seems like it could be used as an excuse for wine that isn't quaffable or drinking really well young. I think that's bogus if the case. Wine should drink well young even if tight or if it could benefit from time. It seems like they ask you to take the plunge and believe them, but there's no recourse if the wine never "comes around." And, they've already got your dollar. I'm not accusing anyone of being dishonest, but what do others think? What have you found?
